Newborn Session Information & Policies 

For the best results, newborn sessions are recommended within 1–3 weeks after birth, as babies are typically more flexible and sleepier during this time. Sessions still cane  be scheduled up to 6 weeks of age (with exceptions for premature babies).

 

Family Participation

• Deluxe and Premium packages include photos with parents and siblings at no additional cost.
• Additional family members may be added for $50 per person.
• Parents and siblings may be added to the Mini and Basic package for $50.

 

Session Details

• All newborn sessions include access to studio outfits, wraps, and props.
• Sessions typically last 2–3 hours, depending on your baby’s needs.
• Additional edited images may be purchased for $20 per image.
• Only edited images included in your package will be delivered. Raw or unedited files are not provided.

 

Image Delivery

• Standard gallery delivery time is 2–3 weeks.
• Rush delivery is available:
   – 2-Day Delivery: $100
   – 1-Week Delivery: $50

 

Studio Etiquette

To ensure a calm and comfortable environment for your newborn:

• Only parents are permitted in the newborn shooting room during the session.
• Additional guests are welcome to relax in the waiting area.
• We kindly ask that  parents remain mindful and avoid distracting the photographer during the session. 

• For safety reasons, siblings must not be near photography equipment or the shooting set ups, as accidents may occur. Our priority is to provide a safe environment for everyone.Late Policy

 

Arrivals more than 15 minutes late will incur a $50 late fee.
