Smash Cake Session Details & Policies 

We want your baby’s cake smash session to be fun, relaxed, and memorable. Please review the information below to help ensure a smooth experience from booking to delivery.

Booking & Scheduling

• Sessions should be booked 2–3 weeks in advance if you need images by a specific date.
• Rush turnaround is available for all packages:
   – 2-Day Delivery: $100
   – 1-Week Delivery: $50

Session Planning

• Please contact me before booking to discuss your desired theme and any special requests.
• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session and will be applied toward your total balance.
• Remaining balance is due on the day of your session (cash preferred).

Images & Products

• Each package includes professionally edited, high-resolution digital images.
• Additional images may be purchased for $20 per image.
• Prints and keepsakes are available for purchase after gallery delivery.

Late & Cancellation Policy

• Arrivals over 15 minutes late will incur a $50 late fee.
• Arrivals over 30 minutes late will result in session cancellation and loss of deposit.

Optional Add-On

• Milk Bath Session with fruits or florals: $50
(Adds a beautiful, timeless finish to your gallery)
